We are hiring an experienced Archer IRM Support & Implementation Consultant with 4-8+ years of hands-on experience in RSA Archer/Archer IRM. The role is based in Bangalore with a work week from Sunday to Thursday and shifts from 12 PM to 9 PM or 1 PM to 10 PM. Key responsibilities include L2/L3 production support, Archer administration and configuration, managing workflows, notifications, access management, data feeds, imports, integrations, SQL and incident troubleshooting, as well as JIRA, SDLC, and SIT/UAT support. The role is 80% support and 20% implementation. Candidates must have experience working with Middle East clients, such as those in Dubai or Qatar. Preferred qualifications include Archer implementation experience, GCC/Middle East client exposure, Archer certifications, and experience in ERM, TPRM, Audit, Compliance, or IT Risk modules.
