We are hiring experienced Senior Technical Application Specialists with expertise in Precisely DOC1 / EngageOne for a high-priority customer communications transformation project. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with HCL, client LBG. Experience required: 10+ years. Work location: Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad (Hybrid). Contract duration: 6 months (extendable). Immediate joining preferred. Mandatory skills: Precisely DOC1, EngageOne, Customer Communications Management (CCM), Document Composition & Post Composition, Content Management Tools, Archiving Technologies, Orchestration Workflows (ADF), Root Cause Analysis, Technical Design & Solution Implementation, Stakeholder Management. Preferred skills: FIS CSF Stack, OpenText Exstream, Quadient Inspire, AFP / PDF Document Formats, Web Technologies & Digital Frameworks, Banking / Financial Services Domain, Technical Mentoring & Leadership. Key responsibilities: Lead complex CCM projects, design and implement document composition solutions, develop technical standards and best practices, troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis, collaborate with Business, Technology, and Integration teams, lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and innovation initiatives, mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. Ideal candidate: 10+ years of IT experience, minimum 3+ years hands-on in Precisely DOC1 or EngageOne, experience in Banking/Insurance/Financial Services projects, strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
