We are looking for experienced Service Desk professionals to join our growing team in Bangalore. Key responsibilities include handling inbound calls, chats, and emails through the Service Desk; managing and resolving L1/L2 technical support tickets; troubleshooting Windows OS, Office 365, VPN, Internet, Citrix, and printer-related issues; performing Active Directory user administration, password resets, and account management; managing email accounts, distribution lists, and Office 365 administration; providing support for desktop hardware, software installations, and peripheral devices; monitoring and managing ticket queues effectively while maintaining SLA compliance; escalating incidents appropriately through ITSM tools and coordinating Major Incident Management (MIM) activities; supporting networking, virtualization, Mac OS, mobile devices, and web-based applications; and delivering excellent customer service and ensuring timely issue resolution. Required skills include Service Desk/Helpdesk Support Experience, Windows Desktop Troubleshooting, Active Directory Administration, Office 365 Administration, Citrix and VPN Support, Incident and Queue Management, ITSM Tools Experience, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach. Experience: 3-8 years. Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.
