We are hiring an experienced VB.NET Lead to manage L3 production support for a global pharmacy eCommerce platform. This is a full-time leadership role for remote work (laptop collection in Bangalore). Key responsibilities include leading L3 support teams, handling critical incidents and escalations, coordinating with US stakeholders, ensuring system uptime and stability, and mentoring junior engineers. Mandatory skills: C#, ASP.NET, SQL, Azure, REST/WCF, strong L3 production support, Python, and prior experience in the healthcare/pharmacy domain. Project duration: 15th July 2026 to 31st January 2027 (extendable contract-to-hire). Shift: 24x7 rotational support model. Mode: Remote.
