We are seeking an experienced HVAC Design Engineer with 4+ years of experience in handling HVAC design activities from Concept Design to Tender Design. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in industrial, commercial, utility, and technical building HVAC systems. Key responsibilities include preparing HVAC Design Basis Documents, reviewing architectural/process/utility requirements, performing cooling/heating load calculations per ASHRAE standards, selecting suitable system types (split units, VRF/VRV, chilled water, fans), designing air distribution and piping systems, ventilation and pressurization, equipment selection, control philosophy, and fire/smoke control design. Required deliverable experience includes layout drawings, schematic diagrams, equipment datasheets, load reports, and technical specifications. Strong coordination with vendors and other disciplines is essential.
