• Role & Company / Project Overview: Lancesoft is hiring an experienced Memory Layout Engineer to join its semiconductor practice in Bangalore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Perform layout design and integration for custom memory instances including SRAM and register files. - Handle bitcell layout design, pitch matching, peripheral circuit layout, and memory compiler validation. - Ensure complete DRC, LVS, and reliability compliance. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of dedicated experience in custom memory layout. - Core competencies: SRAM, Bitcell Layout, and Memory Compiler. - Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India (Onsite). - Standard full-time employment. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Submit your updated resume to the provided recruitment email address.
