Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Lancesoft is actively recruiting seasoned VLSI professionals for the position of DFT (MBIST) Engineer in Bangalore to support advanced semiconductor design implementations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Implement and verify Design for Testability (DFT) architectures. - Execute Memory Built-In Self-Test (MBIST), scan insertion, and ATPG pattern generation. - Integrate and validate JTAG and boundary scan logic. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of experience in DFT domain. - Key Skills: MBIST, Modus, ATPG, Scan Insertion, and JTAG. - Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India (Onsite). - Standard full-time schedule. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Eligible candidates can send their updated CV to the recruiter.
