Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Cyient Semiconductors is hiring experienced DFT Engineers to join their semiconductor engineering team in Bangalore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle Design for Testability (DFT) architecture and implementation. - Perform scan insertion, automatic test pattern generation (ATPG), and optimize test coverage. - Utilize Synopsys DFT tools, including TestMAX and TetraMAX, for silicon testing solutions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 6 years of experience in DFT / VLSI domain. - In-depth hands-on experience with Synopsys DFT tools (TestMAX / TetraMAX). - Strong expertise in Scan insertion, ATPG, and test coverage. - Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Application Instructions Interested candidates are requested to share their updated resume with the recruitment team.
