Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Memory Layout Engineer for semiconductor services companies located in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Execute full custom memory layout design, including memory bitcells, arrays, decoders, sense amplifiers, and control logic. • Perform area optimization, pitch matching, and routing optimization. • Complete physical verification (DRC, LVS, ERC, DFM) and resolve design issues. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Memory Layout design. • Experience within semiconductor services organizations. • Deep familiarity with SRAM, ROM, or TCAM custom layout architectures and design rules. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Work Mode: Onsite / Office-based.
