• Role & Company / Project Overview Delphic is hiring an experienced MongoDB Architect – Team Lead with strong database administration, architecture, and team leadership capabilities to lead and manage database operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Architect, design, and manage enterprise MongoDB database infrastructure. - Lead a team of Database Administrators (DBA team leadership). - Handle production troubleshooting, database migrations, backup & recovery, and version upgrades. - Configure and administer Replica Sets, Sharding, MongoDB Atlas, and Ops Manager. - Implement automation and scripting for database operations, deployments, and monitoring. - Collaborate across technical teams on AWS/GCP cloud database solutions and distributed caching/messaging integration. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 10+ total years of relevant IT experience. - 6+ years of hands-on experience with MongoDB and 2+ years of DBA team leadership. - Deep expertise in MongoDB 6/7, Replica Sets, Sharding, MongoDB Atlas, and Ops Manager. - Strong track record in production troubleshooting, database migration, backup & recovery, and upgrades. - Good knowledge of relational database management systems: MySQL, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL. - Hands-on experience with AWS / GCP cloud database services. - Working knowledge of Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and ETCD. - Proficient scripting and automation skills using Python, Shell, Ansible, Terraform, and Git. - Education: B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent qualification. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. - Role Type: Full-time regular employment. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary package based on experience. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates matching the requirements are encouraged to submit their profile via email.
