• Role & Company / Project Overview Magnify360 Solutions is looking for a visionary and highly skilled Data Analytics Architect with specialized expertise in Databricks to join the team in a Hybrid work setup in Bangalore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Architect, design, and implement scalable enterprise-level data analytics and data engineering platforms. - Build robust end-to-end data pipelines leveraging Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) and Delta Live Tables (DLT). - Implement unified governance, access control, and security frameworks using Databricks Unity Catalog. - Conduct Spark performance tuning and workload optimization to maintain low latency and high efficiency. - Oversee cloud and DevOps automation across data infrastructure including CI/CD pipelines, source control, and workflow orchestration. - Collaborate with reporting and visualization teams to ensure seamless integration with business intelligence tools. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Total Experience: 8+ years in Data Engineering and Data Architecture. - Databricks Expertise: 3+ years of deep hands-on experience. - Core Tech: Databricks, PySpark, Spark SQL, and Delta Lake. - Frameworks: Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and Delta Live Tables (DLT). - Governance: Unity Catalog, enterprise Data Governance, and Security frameworks. - Optimization: Extensive experience with Spark Performance Tuning. - Cloud & DevOps: Azure, AWS, or GCP; Git, CI/CD, and Airflow or Azure Data Factory (ADF). - Visualization: Power BI and Tableau integration experience. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. - Work Mode: Hybrid. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation based on industry standards and experience. • Application Instructions - Eligible candidates can apply by sending their CV directly to the recruitment team.
