• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Lead Databricks Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. This position requires strong technical leadership and expertise in modern cloud data engineering architectures. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipeline developments. - Architect robust data platforms and conduct end-to-end performance tuning. - Implement both batch and real-time data processing workflows. - Drive CI/CD implementation, DevOps practices, and cloud migration initiatives. - Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to engineering team members. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 5–8 years of total experience (minimum 5 years mandatory). - Core Skills: Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, and SQL. - Data Tools & Technologies: Azure Data Factory (ADF), Delta Lake. - Proven expertise in data architecture, pipeline optimization, batch/real-time streaming, and CI/CD/DevOps workflows. - Demonstrated background in technical leadership and mentoring. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. - Notice Period: Immediate joiners only. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested and eligible candidates are requested to submit their updated resume via email.
