Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced L3 MongoDB Engineer – Enterprise to join our team for a Banking / Financial Services client. The ideal candidate can go beyond MongoDB administration and take ownership of production environments, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure critical databases run smoothly. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, install, and manage MongoDB Enterprise clusters using Ops Manager • Deploy and manage Replica Sets and Sharded Clusters • Handle Backup, Restore, and Point-in-Time Recovery (PITR) • Perform database performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization • Implement and maintain enterprise security including TLS/SSL, Authentication, RBAC, and Encryption • Configure monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards through Ops Manager • Conduct production troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Collaborate with DevOps teams on automation, provisioning, and rolling upgrades Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5–6 years of strong hands-on MongoDB Enterprise production experience • Excellent hands-on experience with MongoDB Ops Manager • Strong knowledge of Replication and Sharding architectures • Proven experience with production troubleshooting and rolling upgrades Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India • Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive compensation based on industry standards for Banking / Financial Services projects Application Instructions: Send your updated CV with the subject line 'L3 MongoDB Engineer – Mumbai'.
