We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Product Analyst to join a fast-growing technology team working on innovative Voice AI products. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to drive product decisions through actionable insights and experimentation. Key responsibilities include defining and optimizing product performance metrics, conducting statistical analyses, designing and measuring A/B tests, leveraging analytical methods to generate insights, evaluating product launches, and presenting insights to stakeholders. Must have 3-6 years of experience in Analytics/Product Analytics, 1+ year in A/B Testing and Causal Inference, and strong SQL proficiency. Preferred skills include Python or R, exposure to startups, and familiarity with Mixpanel or Amplitude. This is a full-time onsite role located in Bangalore.
