### Role & Company / Project Overview Techtrovesoft is hiring a full-time Data Scientist (Analytics) with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Time Series Forecasting, and Supply Chain Analytics. This role focuses on building scalable forecasting models, demand sensing solutions, and advanced analytics frameworks to solve complex business challenges in cutting-edge supply chain planning. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design and deploy descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics solutions in the supply chain planning domain. - Build scalable machine learning solutions for demand sensing, forecasting, anomaly detection, and market intelligence. - Develop and operationalize forecasting models using Python and advanced ML techniques. - Analyze business problems and translate them into data-driven solutions. - Apply machine learning methodologies including Clustering, Regression, Ensemble Learning, Neural Networks, and Time Series Forecasting. - Leverage AI/ML innovations to solve complex business challenges. - Generate actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders. - Collaborate with Clients, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Consultants, and Data Engineers for successful project delivery. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. - Total Experience: 5 to 8 years of overall experience, with 4+ years dedicated to Data Science & Analytics (preferably in CPG or Manufacturing domains). - Technical Expertise: Strong programming skills in Python for Data Science; deep expertise in Data Mining, Feature Engineering, and Large-Scale Data Processing. - Statistics & ML: Strong knowledge of Statistics, Machine Learning, and Time Series Forecasting. - Modeling Skills: Hands-on experience with models such as XGBoost, CatBoost, LightGBM, and Neural Networks. - Domain Knowledge: Proven hands-on experience in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Model Validation & Output Validation, Demand Sensing & Forecasting Frameworks, Feature Engineering & Model Tuning, Supply Chain Analytics, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Market Intelligence, and Assortment & Pricing Analytics. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Nice to Have: Experience with o9 Solutions Platform; proficiency in SQL, Databases, and ETL Tools; familiarity with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, MapReduce); experience implementing Supply Chain Planning Applications. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Type: Full-Time. - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. ### Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation based on industry standards and experience. ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates can submit their updated resume to the designated recruiter email address.
