Role & Company / Project Overview: Bloom Hotel Group is hiring Guest Service Associates (GSA) for the F&B Service Department in Bangalore. Freshers are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Deliver excellent guest service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations. • Handle food and beverage service operations professionally. • Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly. • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and dining standards across restaurant and service stations. • Ensure overall guest satisfaction and resolve basic customer requests. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Freshers are welcome to apply; hospitality experience is an advantage. • Good communication and guest-handling skills. • Enthusiastic attitude towards learning and customer service. • Immediate joiners preferred.
