Be part of an exciting journey in hospitality, create exceptional guest experiences, and grow your career with a world-class hotel brand. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Deliver outstanding food and beverage service to guests across dining venues and banquet areas. - Greet guests warmly, present menus, provide informed recommendations, and handle orders accurately. - Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and culinary teams to ensure prompt and accurate food service. - Maintain high standards of food hygiene, dining area cleanliness, and presentation at all times. - Assist in setting up tables, managing service stations, and resetting dining spaces for daily operations. - Address guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests promptly to ensure memorable guest experiences. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Passion for hospitality, food and beverage operations, and guest satisfaction. - Prior experience in hotel or restaurant food and beverage service is preferred. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. - Positive attitude, service orientation, and readiness to work effectively in a dynamic hospitality environment. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Aloft Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. - Work Mode: Onsite / Hotel property operations. - Shifts: Standard hotel shifts as per operational requirements. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive industry compensation and Marriott brand growth opportunities. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV via email.
