Role & Company / Project Overview: Bloom Hotel Group is hiring a Team Leader – F&B Service to lead dining service operations at our Bangalore location. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee food and beverage service operations across restaurant and dining facilities. • Supervise, train, and guide Guest Service Associates and service staff on shift. • Deliver excellent guest service and promptly address guest inquiries or feedback. • Maintain high standards of dining presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene. • Ensure seamless operational coordination between the service floor and kitchen. • Drive guest satisfaction and adhere strictly to hospitality service standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in hotel or restaurant F&B service. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and team management skills. • Hospitality experience preferred. • Immediate joiners preferred.
