Role & Company / Project Overview: Vividus Hotels (Great Destinations Hospitality Pvt Ltd / GD Group) in Bengaluru has openings for F&B Captain (02 vacancies) in food and beverage service operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise dining room and banquet service staff to ensure prompt, high-standard service. • Greet and seat guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations. • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure food quality, correct order flow, and guest satisfaction. • Manage station assignments, table turnovers, and guest bill settlement. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in Food & Beverage service within hotels or fine dining restaurants. • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, food hygiene, and point-of-sale systems. • Strong team coordination and customer-handling abilities.
