We are looking for a resilient and experienced Business Analyst with strong Application Development Management (ADM) exposure to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in bridging business needs with functional solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct impact analysis and gap analysis. Facilitate requirement workshops with stakeholders and users. Perform process mapping and use case creation. Collaborate with technical and vendor teams to drive solutions. Act as a liaison between business and development teams. What We Are Looking For: Strong understanding of SDLC. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in functional consulting (non-technical domain).
