AGAVI Institute is seeking a Program and Relationship (PR) Officer to manage program development, partnerships, branding, and community engagement. The role involves designing and implementing internal/external programs, conducting market research and industry trend analysis (particularly in the food industry), preparing B2B service proposals, managing client databases, ensuring service quality, and overseeing social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Responsibilities also include alumni community activation via WhatsApp/Telegram, producing alumni storytelling content, and managing intern recruitment and daily creative briefs. Candidates must hold a minimum bachelor's degree in Food Agroindustry, Communication, Business Management, or a related field, possess creative and persuasive communication skills, be familiar with creating presentations and proposals, and have experience in Public Relations, Brand Marketing, or Community Management. The position is full-time, work-from-office, Monday to Friday, located in Bandung.
