We are hiring a KOL Specialist to join our fashion brand, wearkamisha.com. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, content creators, affiliates, and communities that align with our target market. Responsibilities include developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and sales; handling the full collaboration process from sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, contracts, to campaign evaluation; coordinating with Marketing, Creative, E-Commerce, and Social Media teams; managing product seeding, gifting, and affiliate marketing on TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, Instagram, and other platforms; monitoring fashion trends, social media developments, and potential influencers; and analyzing campaign performance based on KPIs such as Reach, Engagement Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and GMV. Requirements include a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field; at least 2 years of experience as a KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing Specialist, or similar role, preferably in Fashion Retail, Beauty, or Lifestyle; understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Shopee Affiliate; strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills; a network of fashion influencers/KOLs is a plus; familiarity with digital marketing metrics; ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines; and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
