Segara Marine is currently looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Admin Assistant & HR Support.
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant who will also support HR administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing administrative processes while contributing to employee and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
General Administration:
- Manage company documents, filing systems, and administrative records
- Prepare reports and support daily operational administration
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication
- Handle correspondence and assist with office administration activities
- Familiar with tourism environment
HR Administration Support:
- Support attendance, leave, and employee administration processes
- Assist onboarding and employee documentation activities
- Maintain employee records and HR files
- Support recruitment coordination and interview administration
- Ensure HR documents are organized and aligned with company procedures
Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Administration, Management, Human Resources, Business, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in Administration or HR Administration is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- English proficiency is an advantage
