We are seeking driven, analytical, and detail-oriented Bahraini fresh graduates to join our Audit team in Bahrain. Key Responsibilities: Audit Execution: Assist in performing audit procedures, verifying financial records, and testing internal controls for clients across various industries. Documentation: Prepare clear and accurate audit working papers and documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. Financial Analysis: Review and analyze financial statements, ledgers, and supporting documents to identify variances or compliance issues. Collaboration: Work closely with senior auditors and engagement teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of audit projects. Client Interaction: Maintain professional interaction with client personnel to gather necessary financial data and explanations during fieldwork. Qualifications and Skills Required: Nationality: Bahraini National. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline. Academic Performance: A high Cumulative GPA is strongly preferred and will make candidates significantly more likely to be selected (please add it in the CV or email you send). Skills: Solid foundational understanding of accounting and auditing principles, proficiency in MS Excel, and a strong analytical mindset. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
