We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineering Freshers to join our team as DET (Diploma Engineer Trainee) / GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee). Eligibility: Freshers only, Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn, Good communication and teamwork skills. Key Responsibilities: Support maintenance and production activities, Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance, Learn and implement engineering best practices, Prepare reports and maintain records, Work closely with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment, Understanding of engineering drawings, Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred), Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
