We are the AWO Kreisverband Nordsachsen e. V. – for us, people are at the center. With almost 500 employees, we accompany people in different life situations: in daycare centers, care facilities, counseling services and social services in the region of Nordsachsen. We are looking for an Innovation Manager as a staff position of the management for the earliest possible date at our office in Bad Düben. This position is funded under the ESF Plus program 'InnoManager:in'. You support the further development of our organizational and process structures. Your tasks include: supporting our organization in making processes more understandable, practical and future-proof, working on the ongoing process management project, identifying sensible digitization and development opportunities, analyzing existing processes, work processes and interfaces, conducting interviews and workshops, identifying optimization and automation potential, working on process documentation in ViFlow, reviewing sensible use of digital tools and AI applications, accompanying organizational and development projects, and supporting evaluations, documentation and project reports.
