We are seeking an ambitious Growth & Business Development Manager to scale an innovative Australian marketplace connecting customers with trusted local service providers for home and property services. Responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies, building B2B partnerships with Real Estate Agencies, Property Managers, Strata Companies, and businesses, generating and converting leads, managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM), analyzing performance to identify new opportunities, and collaborating with a Content Creator and CRM Automation Specialist. Requirements include 5+ years in Growth Marketing, Business Development, or Digital Marketing with strong B2B sales and partnership experience, knowledge of CRM systems and analytics, and excellent communication skills. Marketplace, SaaS, or PropTech experience is highly desirable.
