We are seeking an experienced Chief HSE Officer (CHSEO) to lead health, safety, and environmental strategy, compliance systems, and risk prevention programs across a global industrial organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement enterprise-wide HSE policies and standards, Lead workplace safety, risk management, and incident prevention programs, Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements, Oversee audits, inspections, and safety performance reporting, Drive sustainability, safety culture, and continuous improvement initiatives, Build and lead high-performing HSE and compliance teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field, 15+ years of leadership experience in HSE, industrial safety, or environmental compliance, Strong expertise in risk management, regulatory frameworks, and safety systems, Proven success managing large-scale industrial safety programs, Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
