We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Virtual Agent / Conversational Designer for a 6-12 month onsite role in various US cities. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow Virtual Agent Designer, NLU Intent & Utterance Authoring, Topic Block Design, Conversational UX Design, Chatbot Development & Optimization, and the ServiceNow Platform. Additional preferences include ServiceNow ITSM / CSM / HRSD, Conversational AI & Chatbots, and Agile/Scrum experience. This is an onsite role open to local candidates only.
