We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst with strong Business Analysis and ServiceNow platform expertise. Must have 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM, Employee Center & Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Requirements Gathering & Process Modeling, SDLC (Agile/Waterfall), QA/UAT Testing, ServiceNow Integrations & MID Server, ITIL Best Practices, SQL, JavaScript, Glide APIs, JSON/XML. Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills. Preferred: Energy/Utility industry experience, ServiceNow Certification, ITIL Certification, Scrum/Agile experience. This is a remote position within Texas only; candidates must already reside in Texas and local to Austin (within 50 miles) is preferred. Active Texas Driver's License and LinkedIn ID are mandatory. No relocation candidates.
