This dynamic role is suited to someone with strong administration, excellent communication, and the confidence to coordinate customers, suppliers, contractors, documentation, and internal teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating projects, maintaining schedules, supporting procurement, managing customer communication, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project documentation, supporting invoicing, updating internal systems, and identifying process improvements. Ideal candidates have experience in project coordination or administration, strong attention to detail, communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and computer proficiency.
