• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a passionate QAS (Quality Alert System) Support Engineer to support critical production environments and ensure seamless vehicle tracking, quality validation, and assembly operations in an automotive manufacturing setting. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Provide L2/L3 support for QAS applications in 24x7 production environments. - Support assembly plant operations and quality systems. - Troubleshoot PLC-controlled manufacturing environments. - Manage production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. - Drive continuous improvements in manufacturing reliability and efficiency. - Collaborate across Controls Engineering and Plant IT teams. - Ensure smooth HMI, PLC, and manufacturing device integration. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 10+ years of professional experience. - Strong automotive manufacturing experience. - In-depth PLC troubleshooting skills (specifically Rockwell ControlLogix). - Hands-on experience with conveyor and station-based manufacturing systems. - Thorough understanding of vehicle traceability and quality compliance. - Proven expertise in application support in 24x7 plant/production environments. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Auburn Hills, Michigan (Onsite). - Environment: 24x7 automotive manufacturing plant support. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated resume for consideration.
