Role & Company / Project Overview: Seeking an experienced Senior SWAT / Root Cause Engineer to support vehicle launches and manufacturing operations by leading complex electrical and electronic (EE) issue investigations onsite in Auburn Hills, MI. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead electrical/electronic troubleshooting and root cause analysis • Support vehicle launches and manufacturing operations • Coordinate End-of-Line (EOL) validation and fleet support • Manage issue triage, technical escalations, and failure analysis • Drive containment, corrective actions, and issue resolution Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Strong expertise in Electrical/Electronic (EE) Architecture • Proficiency with CAN Tools • Hands-on experience with Vehicle Launch Support • In-depth background in Manufacturing Support Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Arrangement: Onsite • Location: Auburn Hills, Michigan, United States • Start Date: Immediate Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their updated resume with the recruitment team via the contact email provided.
