We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing platform development, optimization, and implementation initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role requires a hands-on ServiceNow professional who can quickly adapt to existing environments, execute backlog items, enhance self-service capabilities, and contribute to platform modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across core ServiceNow modules, experience participating in full lifecycle implementations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Technical skills include ServiceNow Workflow and Flow Designer, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies and UI Actions, Service Catalog Development, Service Portal / Employee Center, REST and SOAP Integrations, Platform Customization and Configuration, ServiceNow Best Practices, ITIL Framework, Change Management, Continuous Process Improvement, ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow CSM, HRSD, CMDB, Service Portal, Employee Center, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP Integrations, ITIL, Reporting & Dashboards, Knowledge Management. Required qualifications include 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Administrator, proven experience in full lifecycle implementations, and core expertise in ITSM and CSM. Preferred qualifications include experience in Higher Education or Government organizations.
