We are looking to hire an Associate or Senior Associate Lawyer with 3-7 years of professional experience in Civil and Commercial Law. Our firm is well known for its leading practice in competition law and combines practical legal experience with a strong academic perspective. Alongside our work in competition law, we regularly advise and represent domestic and international clients across various sectors of the economy in civil litigation, commercial disputes and complex legal matters before the competent authorities and Greek courts. We are now looking to further strengthen and expand our team in civil and commercial law, including selected corporate matters. The exact position level will depend on the candidate’s experience, profile and degree of professional autonomy. This is an opportunity for a lawyer who wishes to work on demanding and high-quality legal matters in a collaborative environment that encourages careful legal analysis, independent thinking and practical problem-solving. The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of civil and commercial law matters, including dispute resolution, contract law, commercial agreements, legal opinions, pre-litigation advice, corporate documentation and ongoing legal support to domestic and international clients. Candidates should have: 3-7 years of relevant professional experience; admission to a Greek Bar Association; postgraduate studies; strong knowledge of civil, commercial and contract law; experience in civil/commercial litigation and/or commercial advisory matters; familiarity with corporate law matters will be considered an asset; drafting, legal research and analytical skills; excellent command of English; attention to detail, professional responsibility and a team-oriented approach.
