EY India is hiring an experienced Senior Consultant – Legal for its Government & Public Sector Consulting practice. The role involves working on strategic projects in North Eastern India. Candidates must have an LLB degree (LLM is advantageous), 10+ years of relevant experience, extensive experience in government/public sector projects (preferably social sector), and strong expertise in PPP frameworks, BOT/BOOT/Hybrid models, concession agreements, contracts, and legal documentation. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal agreements, RFPs, bid documents, MoUs, and other contractual instruments, along with a sound understanding of government procurement, regulatory frameworks, and infrastructure/project advisory.
