We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise application and software development projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SDLC, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership. Job Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end software development and application delivery projects. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and vendors. Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Ensure project governance, compliance, and quality standards are met. Coordinate application integration, deployment, and release activities. Support enterprise technology and digital transformation initiatives. Required Skills: 13+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in Technical Project Management. Strong experience managing SDLC projects. Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. Experience with enterprise application development and system integration. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and vendor management. Financial Services or Banking domain experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and RSA Archer is a plus. PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are preferred. Visa Eligibility: H4 EAD, GC EAD, US Citizens Only.
