We are seeking a VP of Accounting/CAO to lead enterprise-wide transformation, oversee corporate financial reporting, and modernize accounting infrastructure for a $1B+ publicly traded multi-location organization. Key Requirements: Active CPA license with Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (Master's preferred); 15+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience; Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal controls; Proven track record in accounting transformation, ERP modernization, and automation; Public company experience required.
