We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Store Managers to lead retail store operations in Angola. Candidates must have strong experience in retail sales, inventory management, customer service, team leadership, and store profitability. Key responsibilities include managing daily store operations, maximizing sales performance, ensuring effective inventory control and stock rotation (FIFO), leading merchandising and visual display activities, monitoring competitor activities and market trends, driving customer satisfaction and resolving complaints professionally, managing store staff attendance and payroll coordination, preparing sales reports and operational MIS, maintaining store assets and safety compliance, and executing local marketing campaigns. Required skills include retail store management, inventory control, team leadership, sales growth, customer relationship management, proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, reporting and documentation, and problem-solving. Preferred background includes supermarket, hypermarket, retail chain stores, FMCG retail, department stores, or consumer goods retail.
