Join ThreeUp as a Sales Development Representative in the Founder Training Program. This role offers direct mentorship from the founder, hands-on B2B SaaS sales experience, and a clear commission-based growth path. You will reach out to private medical clinics, book meetings, conduct sales calls, follow up with potential clients, and assist in closing deals. Training includes shadowing real sales calls and learning the sales process and objection handling. Earn 10% commission during training on deals you help close, graduating to 25% commission after closing your first 3 deals. We seek strong communicators, highly motivated and self-disciplined individuals, fast learners, and Arabic speakers (English a plus). No prior sales experience required, as attitude and willingness to learn are valued more than a CV. The role is based in Jordan and offers unlimited commission potential and opportunity to grow into a senior sales role.
