Affinity Power & Control is a leading engineering company specializing in Renewable Energy, SCADA, Automation, and Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS). We deliver innovative energy projects that help clients transition to smarter, more sustainable power systems across Jordan and international markets. We are hiring a Sales Engineer – Renewable Energy & Automation to join our growing team and contribute to the delivery of advanced Solar PV, SCADA, BESS, PPC, and Smart Energy solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic client relationships, preparing technical and commercial proposals, delivering technical presentations and pre-sales consultations, managing opportunities from lead generation through contract award, and collaborating closely with engineering and project teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Communications, Renewable Energy, or related Engineering discipline; 3–5+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or pre-sales engineering; knowledge of Solar PV, SCADA, PLC, HMI, PPC, BESS, or industrial automation systems; understanding of power systems and industrial communication protocols; fluent in Arabic and English; valid driving license and willingness to travel within Jordan.
