Role & Company / Project Overview eResearch Analysis is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join the AI & Engineering Division. The role focuses on building cutting-edge Generative AI, RAG, and agentic AI solutions for high-impact enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Build scalable APIs and develop production-ready AI/ML pipelines and solutions • Build Generative AI applications utilizing RAG and LLM frameworks • Design agentic AI and multi-agent automation systems • Implement LLMOps practices for monitoring, evaluation, and model versioning • Manage cloud deployments across Azure, AWS, or GCP • Lead technical code reviews and mentor engineering team members • Champion responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML and Python backend development • Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI, RAG, vector databases, and LLM APIs • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn • Proven experience building secure REST APIs and working with databases • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Job Type: Full-Time • Work Arrangement: On-site • Location: Amman, Jordan Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary and benefits package • Performance bonuses and merit raises • Comprehensive health insurance • Opportunity to work with a forward-thinking engineering team on high-impact enterprise AI projects • Continuous learning and knowledge-sharing culture Application Instructions • Submit an updated CV and portfolio to the designated contact email.
