Role & Company / Project Overview: Maa Kudargarhi Group is hiring an experienced Operation Head – Production to join our Alumina Refinery located at Silsila, Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and oversee production operations in the alumina refinery. • Manage production planning, process control, and plant operations to achieve targets. • Supervise and manage teams to ensure safe, continuous, and efficient production. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Relevant professional experience in alumina refinery or process plant operations. • Strong knowledge of production planning, process control, and industrial plant operations. • Demonstrated team leadership and plant management capability. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Silsila, Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh, India. • Work setup: Onsite alumina refinery process plant.
