Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent hiring for SID Electrical Shift In-Charge for a steel plant facility in Chhattisgarh via RTMS – Recruitment Technical Manpower Solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead and manage shift-wise electrical maintenance and operations in the Sponge Iron Division (SID). - Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns, supervise electrical staff, and ensure continuous plant uptime. - Monitor transformers, HT/LT panels, motors, drives, and control systems during the shift. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. - Hands-on experience in electrical operations within steel plants / SID. - Immediate joiners will be given preference. - Final round interview with the Plant Director. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Locations: Durg / Tilda / Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, India. - Rotational shift-based plant role. • Compensation & Benefits - Standard compensation as per company norms. • Application Instructions - Share your CV over WhatsApp for consideration.
