Role & Company / Project Overview: Maa Kudargarhi Group is inviting applications for the position of Duty Officer – Production for its Alumina Refinery based at Silsila, Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage daily shift operations and production tasks in the alumina refinery. • Oversee process control and execution according to production planning. • Coordinate with operating teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Relevant professional experience in alumina refinery or process plant operations. • Working knowledge of production planning, process control, and plant operations. • Ability to handle operational duties and lead floor teams effectively. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Silsila, Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh, India. • Work setup: Onsite process plant shift operations.
