Role & Company / Project Overview: A leading edible oil refinery specializing in Sunflower Oil, Palm Oil & PLC Plant Operations is hiring a Production Shift In-Charge / Jr. Production Manager in Mangalore, Karnataka. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage daily plant production shift activities and supervise production personnel. • Monitor refinery processes and ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety norms are met during shifts. • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and packing departments to ensure seamless plant operations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 5+ years of relevant production experience in refinery or edible oil processing operations. • Strong leadership and shift management capabilities. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Mangalore, Karnataka. • Work Mode: On-site shift-based plant operations.
