Role & Company / Project Overview: A leading edible oil refinery specializing in Sunflower Oil, Palm Oil & PLC Plant Operations is hiring a QC Executive in Mangalore, Karnataka. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct quality testing and laboratory analysis on raw oils, in-process samples, and finished edible oil products. • Test and monitor key quality parameters including FFA (Free Fatty Acids), Moisture, Colour, Peroxide Value, and Iodine Value. • Maintain accurate laboratory documentation, testing records, and ensure compliance with food safety and refinery standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 3+ years in quality control within an edible oil or chemical testing laboratory. • Essential Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of FFA, Moisture, Colour, Peroxide Value, and Iodine Value testing. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Mangalore, Karnataka. • Work Mode: On-site.
