We are seeking an AI Engineer II to design and deliver responsible, secure AI-powered tools that improve onboarding and operational execution. This role focuses on implementing agentic AI patterns (multi-step workflows, tool-use, and human-in-the-loop approvals) and integrating them into production systems to reduce manual effort, increase consistency, and improve service outcomes. Key responsibilities include building AI-assisted operational tools, implementing agentic workflows with guardrails, integrating AI capabilities with internal services, developing retrieval and grounding approaches (RAG), creating automated evaluations, and contributing to code reviews and CI/CD. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent, 2+ years of software engineering experience, demonstrated experience with LLM-powered features, proficiency in Python, Java, or TypeScript, strong engineering fundamentals, and experience with sensitive data handling.
