GeoHarbour Saudi Arabia is expanding its footprint across the Kingdom and is seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and support the company’s organizational and operational growth. The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR operations. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies aligned with company objectives, managing talent acquisition for projects and departments, overseeing employee lifecycle processes such as contracts, leave, promotions, and terminations, administering payroll and benefits with accuracy, handling employee relations to promote a positive work environment, developing training and development programs, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law, and preparing HR reports and KPIs. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, minimum 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia, strong leadership skills, knowledge of Saudi labor law, proficiency in Chinese and English, good knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office, and experience in project-based or operational companies preferred.
