GeoHarbour Saudi Arabia is expanding and seeks a highly experienced Senior Workshop Engineer to manage and operate workshop facilities, ensuring equipment readiness for project operations. Responsibilities include managing workshops, equipment, and vehicles; overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy equipment; ensuring equipment readiness on site; managing a team of technicians, mechanics, and electricians; monitoring spare parts and inventory; preparing maintenance plans and schedules; analyzing breakdowns and providing solutions; preparing reports; and ensuring safety and quality compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; minimum 10 years of experience in workshops or heavy equipment maintenance, with at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia; strong leadership skills; good command of English; knowledge of engineering software; experience in project-based or contracting environments preferred.
